Up early, confused by AZ Standard Time, so I was out and about at 0700 instead of 0800. I went into Page to do some shopping, banking, and lunch much too early. I was knocking on the pub door at 10:30 not 11:30 ;-(
When I got back to camp, the wind was blowing so strongly that I decided to furl the canopy, hoping that the wind will die soon, i.e., tomorrow.
I got a steak at Safeway this AM so I cooked it on the grille. Very tasty. Made Long Grain rice in the rice cooker to go with it. Other than the hassle of cleaning it, the grille has been a good addition to the camping gear.
